Our buying process
• Stolen and lost register
At Dream Watches we pride ourselves on sourcing only the
very best examples from the Rolex Range. As you would expect
before we part with our money we obtain from the owner
the individual serial and model number of the watch, this
is then checked against Rolex Bexley’s lost and stolen
register and once this has been cleared the watch goes
through to the next stage.

• Servicing and valeting
Before any of our watches are offered for sale they all go
though a stringent testing process. All of our watches
are pressure tested and valeted and if a service is required
then our expert Rolex specialist will carry this out. All
of our high end Rolex vintage sports models will be sent
to the Rolex service centre in Bexley, Kent and will undergo
a major overhaul.
• Only genuine watches
All of our watches will only carry genuine Rolex parts not
after market and most will come with full original box,
papers and accessories.
• 12 Months guarantee
Every new watch that we supply will normally come with balance
of Rolex international guarantee valid in any country. All
preowned watches will come with 12 months Dream Watches guarantee
parts and labour, but obviously not unfair wear and tear.
Also any watch that has just been serviced by the official
Rolex centre in Bexley will be covered by Rolex for 12 months.
