We now
offer a very straight forward and easy to understand watch servicing
and repairs facility and we have developed easy to follow instructions
for gaining a service estimate to receiving your watch back fully
serviced and guaranteed.
 Follow these steps to receive your service estimate
Step 1
Contact Dream Watches either by phone on 02392 556666 or email to
discuss service costs and sending details. |

Step 2
Send your watch to us as instructed or bring to our office in person. If posting
please remember to include the Dream
Watches Service form, you can print it off by clicking
here

Step 3
When your watch arrives at our office we will call you to confirm safe receipt,
then once our service department have inspected your watch we will contact
you with an exact service cost. We will only proceed to service once you have
verbally accepted the estiimate and if you do not wish to accept our estimate
the watch will be returned for a charge of £10.95 fully insured to your
specified address. As long as your watch only needs a standard service it will
only take 2 weeks from start to finish. |

Step 4
When your watch is ready we will call you to take the payment by debit or credit
card and arrange fully insured delivery or you can collect in person.

What is included in the service estimate:-
1) Standard service parts (All parts used are genuine Rolex)
2) Full bracelet and watch case refurbishment (Brought back to
new condition)
3) New plexi glass (not Sapphire glasses)
4) 12 months parts and labour guarantee
What is not included in the service estimate:-
1) New Case and movement parts
2) Sapphire glass crystals
3) VAT
4) Fully insured delivery (If you require it is £10.95)
