Cannot speak highly enough of Dream watches and the level of service provided to me during the recent purchase of my watch.Even though the office was closed for holidays when I first saw the watch I wanted I received  great communication either by e mail or phone from beginning to end.The watch was described as pristine condition and sure enough when I received it I could not believe the watch had actually been worn before! I would have no hesitation in using Dream watches again and will do so in the future,cannot thank the team enough for a beautiful watch and a smooth transaction.

 

I had been scouring the Internet for months in search of a particular watch and had gotten many "hits" only to be disappointed on ringing the vendors. So I was sceptical when the exact watch came up on Dream-Watches.co.uk that it was going to be another "attention grabber" but no watch.. I rang Dane and was extremely pleasantly surprised. He had the watch and within minutes the deal was struck. It was just before Easter break and he wanted to be around during shipping so agreed to pay a deposit and balance when it was shipped. All went perfectly according to plan and now have the watch which I am delighted with. Thank you Dane!

This is the second Rolex I have bought through DWL and once again it was trouble free and very professional! I fully recommend DWL to anyone thinking of buying a Rolex.

I have recently purchased a Rolex Datejust from Dream watches who described it as in pristine condition and true to their word it was. Having never purchased an expensive item on the internet before I was a little concerned but I needn´t have been the watch is as new and the service first class. Thank you very much Dane.

Saw the watch I wanted on Wednesday morning and agreed a part X deal with Dane that afternoon......my new watch arrived Saturday morning. It was as described....perfect.... In a world full of fake Rolex's and fake people, it has been a pleasure to do business with Dream Watches. Would recommend them to anybody thinking of buying or selling a Rolex

 

Whilst my wife and I have Rolex watches which we bought new, I was initially extremely apprehensive of buying a previously owned watch. However the one I wanted, the anniversary Submariner, is no longer in production, so I had no choice. Dane was true to his word regarding the watch I saw on the DWL web-site being pristine, it is like it has just been unwrapped for the first time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you require a pristine condition pre owned Rolex watch. The watch arrived by 13.00hrs as promised, perfectly wrapped, with all papers etc. Thankyou DWL for a pleasurable experience in buying a Rolex watch from you.
