Our Simple Order Process

Once you have confirmed your watch purchase we will email you an order which will confirm the watch you are buying and the purchase price, you will then be required to complete the form with your contact and payment details then we will ask you to email the form back to us along with two accepted forms of indentification. Our security team will process your order and payment and once cleared we will call you to confirm an agreeable delivery date. Your are also more than welcome to collect your watch in person from our shop, please call to make an appointment.

All of the above is subject to certain conditions and management approval.

Payment

Your new watch can be paid for by the following methods below

Personal cheque - Subject to full bank clearance and all cheques to be made payable to Dream Watches Limited.

Cash - Subject to new money laundering regulations, we will only take a maximum of £7000 cash

Debit or Switch card - There is no handling charge for these card payments.
(We only deliver to your card registered address)

Credit cards - All credit card transaction attract a 2.0% handling charge of the total balance of the watch. If a refund is required for your watch within our seven day period the 2% handling charge will not be refunded as we will still be chraged for this transaction by our card merchants.
(We only deliver to your card registered address)

Bankers draft or building society cheque - Subject to full bank clearance.

Direct bank transfer - (Chaps or Bacs) We will only release our company bank details once full faxed proof of identification has been received. Please speak to your bank as payment times do vary dramatically.

All international Payments - (including Eire) We only accept direct bank transfers and all payments are to be received in GBP. (We will only deliver to a UK address)

Deposits - A minimum of £500 is required to secure and hold your new watch and we will only hold for 7 days.

Delivery and packaging 

How will my watch be packaged?

At Dream Watches we appreciate that you have spent your hard earned money on your new watch and therefore it will be treated with kidd gloves! Once payment has been received the watch will be professionally packaged in a custom made cardboard container which is then filled with polystyrene chippings to fully protect it while in transit. For security reasons the package will not mention Dream Watches!!

Fully Insured Delivery

Your new watch will be delivered by Royal Mail fully insured Special Delivery of which you can opt for a weekday or Saturday delivery before 1pm. If for any reason you miss your delivery you can collect your parcel from your nearest sorting office with a proof of identification.
