At Dream Watches we offer a 7 day money back guarantee fully subject to the goods being returned in exactly the same condition as they were supplied.The full purchase price will refunded minus the original postage costs and the 2% handling charge if you have paid by credit card. In the case of new watches all protective seals must remain in place and the watch condition must be totally unblemished and unworn. Again all luxury gifts including watch winders, collectors boxes, jewellery boxes, executive toys must be returned in brand new condition with all original manufacturers packaging along with guarantee booklets and power adaptors. Any goods that are received and have been damaged must be reported to Dream Watches Limited within of 48 hours of receipt.
Returning the goods to us.
The purchaser is liable for all packaging and delivery costs. In respect of all watches it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are fully insured for loss of theft. If you happen to live close to our office then you are more than welcome to return the goods in person. We are more than happy to advise you on suitable delivery companies.
If you are sending your item back for a refund or replacement then we would ask you to send it directly back to one of our two suppliers (we will confirm to you which one). Please make sure the item is packed in all the original packaging and box that was originally sent to you, please remember any damage caused while in transit to our supplier is your responsibility. Please also include a covering note stating Dream Watches supplied the item and include your name, address, phone number and description of fault etc...
